Adhesive is suitable for bonding between rubber and rubber, rubber and metal, rubber and fabric, and fabric to fabric. Specially suitable for repairing and cold vulcanizing conveyor belts (chloroprene, nitrile belts and polyester fabrics, synthetic fabrics, nylon fabrics), seamless bonding, roller wrapping, and anti wear and anti-corrosion rubber veneer on various metal surfaces.
Before applying adhesive, clean the bonded belt or metal thoroughly. For the belt, use a tungsten steel polishing disc to polish it.
2. Then apply the adhesive evenly on the rubber or metal surface and let it dry completely (about an hour).
3. After drying, apply a second coat of adhesive. Wait until it dries to the point where it does not stick to the back of the hand, and then proceed with the bonding.
After bonding, use a compaction roller or hammer to compact and release air.
In addition, the adhesive and curing agent are mixed in a ratio of 100:4.
