With the widespread application of buffer beds in industries such as mining, power plants, cement plants, and coal washing plants, the advantages of buffer beds have been recognized by various industries. What precautions should be taken when installing a buffer bed?

1. Before installation, first read the installation manual silently, determine the quantity and process, and then proceed with the installation operation;

2. For conveyors with belts, in order to facilitate installation and prevent scratching of the conveyor belt, the buffer bed should be disassembled and assembled piece by piece. When installing a new belt frame, it is necessary to ensure that the bolts are firmly fixed during on-site assembly and re fixed on site;

3. The buffer strip, support plate, and buffer bed support frame should be fixed with at least 4 self-locking bolts to prevent loosening, and each position must be firmly fixed;

4. For the first time, ensure that the bolts are firmly fixed when tightening the buffer strip and support plate, and when fixing the buffer bed bracket to the belt frame;

5. Ensure that support rollers are installed at both ends of the buffer bed, ensuring a 20mm gap between the buffer bed and the belt under no-load conditions;

6. After installation, be sure to inform the customer that the bolts should be re fixed once a month after use. Therefore, the initial installation should be run in, and after re tightening, there is no need for maintenance in the future;

7. After all installations are completed, be sure to review the installation manual again and confirm whether the important installation points are firmly fixed. Personally confirm that each position is fixed.
