Repair strip purpose:

Used for repairing longitudinal tearing of various conveyor belts and sealing cold vulcanization joints of belts. Used in conjunction with cold vulcanization adhesive, it is suitable for repairing longitudinal scratches, edge damage, and tears on rubber conveyor belts, as well as sealing cold vulcanization lap joints (belt joints) on rubber conveyor belts.

Repair strip features:

A belt repair strip with good tensile strength, wear resistance, heat resistance, flame resistance, and radiation resistance, with a pre made semi vulcanized layer (with CN layer or semi vulcanized layer) on the back and a fabric layer. The adhesive surface can be coated with cold vulcanized adhesive for immediate repair. Suitable for repairing long-distance scratches, penetrations, and edge wear on conveyor belts, repairing local rubber layer damage, and sealing cold seamless lap belts

The specifications of the repair strip include:

Reinforced repair strip (with fabric layer): 100mm repair strip, 150mm repair strip, 220mm repair strip, 300mm repair strip, 400mm repair strip

Ordinary repair strip (without fabric layer): 100mm repair strip, 150mm repair strip, 220mm repair strip, 300mm repair strip, 400mm repair strip

Repair strips are often used for repairing longitudinal tearing of conveyor belts:

Longitudinal tearing is a common damage to conveyor belts, and in severe cases, the entire conveyor belt is completely penetrated. If there is no effective repair material to strengthen it, the conveyor belt can easily cause damage to expand when working under conditions of inconsistent local tension.

Note; Due to the use temperature of cold vulcanized adhesive being 10 ° -90 °, it is also necessary to pay attention to the environmental temperature during the use of winter repair strips to better match the use of cold vulcanized adhesive.
