Intermediate Rubber

Tie gum used as uncured intermediate rubber for heating vulcanization of the fabric ply conveyor belt and steel cord conveyor belt,selling very well.

1.First strip the rubber of steel cord surface,then strip the rubber which is no need.

2.Brush the first layer rubber cement at the steel cord which has been polished.

3.Brush the second layer rubber cement after the first layer rubber cement dried.

4.After the second time rubber cement dried,put tie gum and uncured cover rubber at the connector of conveyor belt, then vulcanizing it.

Intermediate rubber has superb performance to be used for repair of conveyor belt, hot splicing of conveyor belt.

Storage temperature: below 25°C and in dry, cool and ventilated place.
