V-plough belt cleaner with excellent cleaning performance for the empty section (non-working belt surface) , suspension installation to prevent the belt and the roller.
Products Installation
The V-plough belt cleaner is installed in front of the rear reversing roller and the first 90-degree reversing roller of the vertical tension device. When installed, the plough tip of the cleaner scraper faces the running direction of the conveyor belt to scrape the debris to the conveyor On both sides.
Main Features:
1.Unique V-plow type sweeping structure
2.Easily replaceable blade design,providing 2 inch(50mm) thickness wear
3.The scraper blade height can be automatically adjusted based on the abrasion amount of the blade and the location change of conveyor belt.
