T2 Compound A

FA compound A and FA compound B, two component repair compound, used for cold bond filling of gaps and joints in rubber lining and lagging, applied with compound master extruder gun.

Used for the quick reparation of the conveyor damage and pulley lagging sealing.

The Extruder gun repair system including FA extruder gun, FA compound A&B, FA solution A&B, FA cleaning compound C.

FA compound A and FA compound B has superb performance to be used for repair of conveyor belt, cold splicing of conveyor ends, pulley lagging ect.

1.Use angle grinder polish the working surface

2.Open FA solution A,B,Mixed in proportion according the requirement,Stirring 2-3 minutes until the solution evenly

3.Brush the solution at the working surface, then brush the second time until dry completely

4.Turn on the FA extruder gun with power, then use one meter FA cleaning C rope into extruder gun, repeated play, until the temperature of glue gun reach around 60℃

5.Checked the second time brush solution( 3^rd ), when it will be dry, then take out cleaning C tape, put FA compound A,B(A,B must be mix together), then put tape at working surface, meantime another person should use smooth flat roller rolling with force

6.When all compound rolling over, after compound cooling hardens, use angle grinder polish surface, then brush solution again

7.During the waiting, extrusion all compound A,B from extruder gun, then use FA cleaning C rope to cleaning the extruder gun, cleaning all compound out

8.Then all process is over.
