Conveyor Belt Repair Patch

Conveyor belt repair patch is suitable for the local rubber conveyor belt layer damage repair, small area can be selected according to the size and shape of the damage area of different patches.After use conveyor belt repair patch to repair,strength can achieve equal to the original belt life.

Why we need CN bonding layer?

CN bonding layer will enhance the bonding strength between conveyor pulley and rubber sheet. Betop CN bonding layer will has chemical reaction with cold vulcanizing cement ,without this, rubber sheet is easy to fall off.

For other size, can be produced according the customer's requirement.

1.If the surface damage is not large, use an Angle grinder and tungsten carbide buffing disc to grind the damaged part and clean it(clean solvent). If the belt is severely torn, it needs to be filled with FA extruder gun(FA compound A&B+FA solution A&B) and then polished and cleaned.

2.Then evenly brushing the cold bond cement TP100(or other brand cold glue) on the damaged area, after some time,then using the back of the hand for testing,after the first time glue Completely dried, then brushing for a second time, brush the glue at the CN back of repair patch also.(brush two times, same with damage area);

3.When the glue is slightly sticky and does not stick to the back of the hand(both the repair patch and damage area glue), then put the repair patch to the damaged part of the conveyor belt, using the hand smooth roller from the middle to both sides to remove air from the repair strip, and use the hammer to hit it.
