Instructions:

1.According the conveyor belt Vulcanization process, remove the edge bead,then peeling off 200mm up and down cover rubber at the joint bevel, to see the steelcord stripe.
2.Install the slide unit in front of belt connector, put the pulling unit in the slide unit.
3.Debugging the top blade and bottle blade to the steelcord(peeling just now)according the steelcord diameter.At the same time, according the standard of conveyor belt and distance of steelcord, adjust the scale at strip machine,ensure the cord distance(not easy to damage the blade).
4.Put the strip machine at the 200mm up and down cover rubber(first step), blade stuck at the steelcord, use the steel rope at pulling unit to drive stripper machine.( Note: when stripping, if stop at halfway, it is easy to damage the blade).
5.After strip out two steelcord, please check the steelcord core rubber, then adjust it.
6.If everything is ok, then continue work.
